Pet Essentials Shipping & Returns

Clear guidance for pet beds, washable covers, toys, and travel essentials before and after checkout.
Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days.

If you need to change a size, color, shipping address, or item, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before packing begins, but changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment.

Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100. Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.

We currently ship to the United States and any additional country or region shown as available at checkout. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of destination, product availability, weather, customs review, carrier delays, or peak-season volume.

Returns

Please contact customer support at cazmora@gmail.com before sending anything back. This page does not provide a return warehouse address, and returns sent without instructions may be delayed or refused.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility depends on the product condition, hygiene requirements, packaging, and the final policy shown at checkout. Items that are used, washed, damaged by pets, missing parts, or returned with heavy hair, odor, stains, or wear may not qualify.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Please keep the product and packaging until our team confirms the next step.

Before requesting a return

For pet beds, couch covers, car covers, toys, and travel gear, please check sizing, color, material, and care details before ordering. If you are unsure, send us your pet measurements or furniture measurements before checkout.

For hygiene reasons, pet products should be kept clean, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging until you are sure they are the right fit.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we approve and process the refund, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Exchanges are supported for eligible unused items within the 30-day return window, subject to inventory. If the replacement size, color, or style is unavailable, our support team will help with the next available option.
